This project was so fun to do with the little kids! We looked at photos of all kinds of gecko's, did sketches and added a lot of details. We worked in watercolors, markers, and tempra paint. Notice the last photo. My newest student, Aoife (pronounced Ee-Faa) felt strongly that she could express herself better with people than with Gecko's. Love it!

Hello!
Welcome to Alameda StudioTime! My name is Patrice Hinz and I opened Alameda StudioTime in 2009 to share my passion for the arts in my wonderful, well-lit studio. With working-artist teachers and small class sizes, young artists experience a relaxing, non-competitive environment that encourages and inspires. StudioTime offers an eclectic variety of projects, materials and concepts with an emphasis on individualized instruction, collaboration and fun.
"StudioTime 's goal is to nurture a 'can-do' spirit within each young artist, inspire confidence, celebrate self-expression and ultimately create a life-long ability to first dream beautiful dreams and then turn them into beautiful realities!"
